FAQ-

Shipping:

We are committed to getting your order delivered to you safely. We do our best to ship out orders within 48-72 hours. If the product requires longer processing time, we will provide this information in the product description. 

Returns:

We are committed to providing the best support on every product we sell. Our standard return policy on our products is 30-days from the date of receipt. Within this timeframe, the product may be returned to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange. We calculate the timetable by using the date that the shipping company confirms the item has been delivered to you. To request a return, please visit the "Contact Us" page of our website. To arrange a return, please send us your name, order number, product(s) being returned, and the reason for your return. We will typically reply within 24-hours with further return instructions. All products being returned to us must be in "like new" condition and contain all original components including the product box and manuals. Please be sure to package all items securely. We are not responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit being returned to us. Please note that we do not accept returns for open screen protectors. 

*Please note that the express shipping fee will not be refunded in any conditions.


Non Defective Products:

Any return on a non-defective product will incur a 10% restocking fee unless store credit or exchange is being issued. We are more than happy to allow you to exchange your unit for a different product at no additional charge. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Defective Products:

If a product is found to have any defect within 30 days from the date of receipt please contact us. In the case of a defect, we can either exchange the unit or issue a full refund.
